Please Note

- There may be an error of +- 1-2cm on the sizing depending on the method of  measurement.
- There might be a slight colour variation between the images and the actual item.

 Quality Guarantee

- If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month period from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately.

 Important Information on Exchange/Returns

- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
- Items must be in the exact condition as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
- YOUNGOH reserves the right not to accept any returned items if the item shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
- YOUNGOH reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

 Policy

- According to the Consumer Dispute Resolution (Fair Trade Commission), in case of defects such as defective sewing or dyeing, the seller and manufacturer are required to compensate the consumer – free repair, exchange, and refund.
- If there is a defect due to consumer negligence, the consumer will be responsible for repair and shipping costs.
